Cancellation Policy
-If canceled 7 days before the event: The host may charge 50% of the total event cost.
-If canceled less than 5 days before the event: The host may charge 100% of the total event cost.
The host can cancel your booking completely if:
-The event is not as described or involves fraud or misrepresentation.
-There is misconduct toward hotel staff or a serious breach of Mahfal community terms.
The host is not responsible for any unattended or lost items.
If you need to secure valuable items, special arrangements can be made with the host.
