House rules

1. Booking & Access
• Location: The Gate Mall – Tower 4, 14th Floor, West Bay, Doha.
• Padle Court hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
• Access to the Padel Court for bookings after 5:00 PM or on weekends will be through Tower 3, 14th Floor.

• Players may use the court only during their reserved time slot.
• Players should arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled session.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the booking time.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to notify 1 hour prior due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather) may incur the full session fee.

3. Safety & Conduct
• Players are responsible for their own safety and should be physically fit to play.
• Proper sportswear and non-marking padel shoes are mandatory.
• No dangerous, aggressive, or unsportsmanlike play is allowed.
• Padel etiquette: respect others, no yelling, and follow general court manners.
• Food and drinks are only allowed in the seating area. Chewing gum is prohibited on the court.
• No smoking anywhere in the facility.
• Parents are responsible for supervising children brought to the court.
• Workaholics+ may revoke padel privileges for players who continually disregard rules.

4. Facilities & Equipment
• Players are encouraged to bring their own rackets and balls; limited equipment rental may be available during business hours.
• Only host staff are authorized to adjust the net height.
• Use the door to change sides; jumping over the net is prohibited.
• Players should keep the court clean, disposing of trash in designated bins.

5. Respect for the Space
• Leave the court promptly at the end of your session to allow setup for the next players.
• Take all personal belongings; host is not responsible for lost items or damage of personal equipments.
• Any damages to the court or equipment must be reported immediately and may incur charges.
• Match balls should be placed near the net during play.

6. Liability
• Guests use the court at their own risk. Host will not be held liable for injuries.
